Farm-to-School Grant Proposal
This project was created to demonstrate my understanding of rhetorical theory and research methods in technical communication. I applied for the Patrick Leahy Farm to School Grant Program to establish a farm-to-school program in fourteen underserved PreK-12 schools in Port Arthur, Texas. My proposal recommended increasing access to fresh, local produce through school gardens and providing nutrition education through an applied learning course.
